Frequently asked questions

  • Each business has unique needs; therefore, each project has unique pricing. Most branding projects start at $5,000 USD, and most website projects start at $3,500 USD.

  • Yes, I want to make working together accessible, so I DO offer payment plans for my clients!

    For most projects, there will be a 50% booking deposit due to secure your spot on my calendar, but the remaining balance can be divided up over the course of your project.

  • It honestly depends on what kind of project you book, but it’s not as much as you might expect!

    On average, branding projects take 6-12 weeks, and website projects take 8-12 weeks, depending on the scope of work.

    Most of the project will consist of me working in the background while you await some amazing results, but you will need to allocate some time for:

    • Meetings (briefing, brand strategy, & presentation)

    • Mood board creation (so I can get to know your vision & taste!)

    • Preparing and sending content (copy & photography)

    • Communication (emailing, making approvals, reviewing revisions, etc.)

  • A cornerstone of my design philosophy is to create designs that do more than look good, but also serve my clients.

    A logo is only one piece of your beautiful branding puzzle. While a killer logo is important, you'll need a complete brand identity for your brand to serve you in the long run.

    While that may feel intimidating, the investment will feel 10000% worth it when you see your story come to life and connecting with your dream customers!

    • Copywriting

      I am always happy to refer you to talented colleagues or give guidance if you want to DIY!)

    • Stock photography

      Again, I would be happy to refer you to a talented photographer or even set up a session with you myself! If your project needs stock photography, I can use free resources or discuss a budget for the additional licensing of those images.

    • Font licenses

      I will find the perfect fonts for your project, but you must get a separate license to use the font commercially.

  • The only AI I’ll be using is Adobe Illustrator!

    Jokes aside, I do NOT use AI (artificial intelligence) for any part of the design process. I believe the human touch brings a magic that an algorithm can only make a cheap knockoff of.

    Additionally, sustainability is one of my core values, and it is clear the impact AI is wreaking on our planet. For each email draft that AI generates, it consumes the equivalent of one bottle of water.

    So while I may use built-in features on occasion to summarize meeting notes or clean up copy, I fully leave it out of my design process to give you inherently human & responsible design.
